Nickel Alloy (Ni Alloy) Powder
IAMP is specialist to supply Nickel Alloy powders by VIGA process used in Binder Jetting (BJ), Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) and Metal Injection Molding (MIM) which meets specific technical requirements such as Apparent Density, Specific Surface Area and Purity.
Applications:
Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) : Suitable for Selective Laser Melting (SLM), Electron Beam Melting (EBM), and Binder Jetting for aerospace, energy, and medical parts requiring high-temperature and corrosion resistance.
Metal Injection Molding (MIM) : Enables production of small, complex, high-strength nickel alloy components used in automotive, defence, and precision instruments.
Powder Metallurgy (PM) : Utilized in the production of structural parts, filters, and turbine components where high strength and oxidation resistance are critical.
Thermal Spraying : Used in coating applications to enhance wear and corrosion resistance of mechanical components.
Brazing Alloys & Welding Powders : Ideal for joining high-performance materials in heat exchangers, turbine blades, and heat-resistant assemblies.
Magnetic & Electronic Applications : Certain nickel alloy grades serve in soft magnetic materials, battery electrodes, and specialized electronic components.
Packaging
Nickel Alloy powder will be supplied by standard packing in Vacuum bag of 5Kg, 10Kg, and 25Kg or can be supplied as per customer special requirement.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Keep containers tightly sealed and properly labelled to prevent contamination and oxidation.
Avoid exposure to open flames, sparks, or static discharge—powder may be combustible in fine particle form.
