Applications
Powder Metallurgy (P/M) : Used in pressed and sintered components such as self-lubricating bronze bearings, bushings, and filters.
Metallurgical & Chemical Reaction : Coarse grades are used.
Advanced Material Applications : Fine grades are used in diamond tools, solder pastes, electrically conductive polymers, and metal matrix composites.
Surface Engineering : Applied in thermal spray coatings, cold spray, and sintered overlays for wear resistance and corrosion protection.
Joining Technologies : Incorporated in brazing pastes, soft solders, and fluxes for precision joining of copper, aluminium, and specialty alloys.
Miscellaneous : Used in friction materials (e.g., brake pads), decorative coatings, and radiation shielding due to its high density and corrosion resistance.
Packaging
Tin powder will be supplied by standard packing in Vacuum bag of 5Kg, 10Kg, and 25Kg or can be supplied as per customer special requirement.
Packaging
Tin powders oxidation more easily, especially in the moist air to oxidation.
It should be packing in a cool and dry plastic bags filled with inert gas or protection in the tank
