Copper Alloy Powder
IAMP is specialist to supply Copper Alloy powders (Brass and Bronze) by adding Zn, Sn, Pb and other elements by VIGA process, which meet specific technical requirements such as Apparent Density, Specific Surface Area and Purity.
Applications
Powder Metallurgy: Widely used as a base material in manufacturing structural components, especially self-lubricating oil-impregnated bearings and bushings.
Diamond Tools: Essential binder material for sintered diamond segments used in cutting and grinding applications.
Friction Materials : Utilized in brake pads and clutch facings for improved thermal conductivity and wear resistance.
Thermal and Cold Spraying: Applied in surface coating processes to enhance wear, corrosion resistance, and electrical conductivity.
Plastic & Polymer Composites: Used as a filler to improve electrical and thermal performance in conductive plastics.
Welding and Brazing Alloys: An ideal choice in brazing pastes and welding electrodes due to its metallurgical compatibility.
Food Packaging & Chemical Applications: Acts as an antimicrobial agent and reducing agent in specific chemical processes.
Hard Alloys & Conductive Slurry: Key component in producing hard alloys and conductive slurries for electronics and additive manufacturing.
Packaging
Copper Alloy powder will be supplied by standard packing in Vacuum bag of 5Kg, 10Kg, and 25Kg or can be supplied as per customer special requirement.
Storage
The Copper Alloy Powder should store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Away from fire and heart source.
It should be stored apart from oxidant acids, halogen, and mixed reservoir of avoiding by all means.
Equipped with corresponding varieties and number of fire equipment.
Storage area should be equipped with the right material for leakage content.
